These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Veridian Advisory Group website, client portal, and advisory services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Veridian provides revenue leak diagnostics, prioritized recovery roadmaps, progress tracking, and related advisory services. Diagnostics and reports are advisory analyses intended to help you identify opportunities — they are professional assessments, not guarantees of specific revenue outcomes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current business information and to keep it up to date, since our analyses depend on it.

Paid plans (such as Discover, Optimize, and Recover) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. If your plan includes a free trial, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Veridian's recommendations are based on the business information you provide and our professional methodology. Implementation decisions — and their results — remain your responsibility. Nothing in our Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

All content, methodologies, reports, and materials we provide through the Services are owned by Veridian or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission. You retain ownership of the business information you provide to us.

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, probing or scanning our systems, scraping content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veridian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
