Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details — only subscription status and billing records provided by Stripe.

We use the information we collect to: provide and improve the services you request; generate your snapshot, diagnostic, and recovery materials; communicate with you about your account and engagement; send outreach and appointment scheduling emails where you've requested them; and operate, secure, and troubleshoot our platform.
